„Only those who are fired with enthusiasm for something can burn out“

 

Burnout is a slow creeping process; hardly visible from outside, continuing to grow over a long period of time. It is an interaction of various private and professional factors and expresses itself in emotional and physical states of exhaustion. This seminar series offers a prevention measure for high potentials and performers.

  • Deceleration: To find inner calm – to act from your center
  • Development: To explore and use resources
  • Decision: To re-evaluate values, views, convictions; to undo inner blockages; to live in balance with yourself
  • Relief: The art of letting go
  • Relaxation: To focus on the essential
  • To tap power sources – enhancement of physical and mental performance
  • To be personally responsible for yourself
  • To increase the quality of life

 

module I : „my resourcing – my way“ (duration : 3,5 days)

  • Burnout indicators/ early warning system
  • A personality’s 4 comprised parts: to find the right equilibrium
  • Identifying one’s position by using the Maoris’ soul work
  • Yoga, relaxation exercises
  • Self-exploring method for individual answers
  • Let go-ritual

 

module II : „my pattern - my mission“ (duration: 2,5 days)

  • Identifying one’s position
  • Energy work : Relaxation exercise
  • Yoga
  • The personality’s deep layers
  • The „red threat“ of my conflict-situations
  • My values, views, convictions, life task, world view and image of humanity

 

module III : „my energies– my being“ (duration : 3,5 days)

  • Holotropic Breathwork ® according to the methods of Dr.Stan Grof

    „Breathing is a uniting power. It enables the body’s balance and equilibrium and helps us to channel impressions from our inner-self to the outside. It connects people with the external world and the outside with the world within. Breath is primeval movement and thus immediate life” (Ilse Middendorf)
    Holotropic (= leading to a holistic state) breathwork stimulates a cleansing and an activation of resources on the body, soul and spirit axis.

 

time frame: the individual modules should ideally be conducted within a period of six months.

the last building stone of this seminar series is the final day (about 1 month after the last module): Summary and my individual values – model/ my very personal strategies: my action plan.
How can we support each other?

Participants receive transfer-tasks for the time between the modules.
Coaching is a further option.
