One of the most important social competences is the conscious,constructive and farsighted dealing with conflicts. The occurrence of a conflict means that another, alternative point of view also wants to express itself. This disparity is a big challenge for all of us as certainties and implicitness are breeding grounds for blind spots. Conflicts make them visible and are an opportunity for our development.

This approach to conflict management is resources-,solution-and future oriented. Attendees of this seminar will learn to understand conflicts as innovative and enriching opportunities.

  • To locate and analyse the origin of conflicts
  • To look for the "inner patterns" of individuals: Levels of impact and deep layers of our personality
  • To discover our individual „ red thread“ – to recognize conflict patterns and learn how to solve them
  • To learn about conflict strategies and how to integrate them
  • To manage conflicts constructively and farsighted
  • To review our theories about conflicts and how to manage them

 

methods of the seminar

Next to continuous theoretical inputs for an integrated and complete communication for conflict strategies and ways to get to constructive conflict management, we will work on the individual history of conflicts, potentials and resources of each participant.

Individual and group work and their analysis will be assisted by individual feedback. Creative approaches, relaxation exercises and yoga will complement this seminar.

The duration of this seminar is 3,5 days. The continuous attendance of all participants is of the utmost importance.
